Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dekhedz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely stoked about your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve got you covered with the following guidelines:

30-Day Return Period:
You may return any unused and unassembled product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Condition of Returns

Original Condition:
All returned items must be in original condition, without wear or damage, and include any packaging, accessories, or tags.
Exclusions: Products that show signs of use (e.g., mounted trucks on decks, worn apparel) or were customized (e.g., custom art, personalized engravings) are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at SUPPORT@DEKHEDZ.COM with your order number and reason for return.
2. Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Pack & Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) to avoid damage in transit and use a trackable shipping method. Unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Same Item or Store Credit: We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style if stock is available. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit so you can pick something else you love.

Fastest Way to Get a New Item: The quickest way to exchange is to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We’ve Got Your Back: If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.

Manufacturing Defects Only: Damage due to normal skating wear-and-tear (like deck cracks from landing big tricks) isn’t covered by our returns policy. However, if there’s a genuine manufacturing flaw, we’ll stand behind our gear.

Additional Notes
Proof of Purchase - Please provide your order number or receipt for any return or exchange.
International Orders - International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or return shipping costs, unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
