Warranty Policy
At Dekhedz, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each deck, accessory, or piece of apparel is built to meet our high standards. However, if you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty, we’re here to help.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Common examples include significant delamination, major misprints, or structural flaws that prevent normal skating.
Eligibility:
• The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Dekhedz or through an authorized retailer.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or similar) is required.
Exclusions
Normal Wear & Tear: Skateboarding is inherently tough on decks and equipment. Damage from standard use, such as chips, cracks from impact, and general wear, is not covered.
Improper Use or Modification: Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, exposure to water or extreme conditions, or unauthorized modifications (e.g., drilling new holes in a deck) are not covered.
Apparel & Accessories: Normal fading, pilling, or wear from regular use of apparel (t-shirts, hoodies) or accessories (hats, stickers) are not considered defects.
Warranty Period
Decks & Skate Products: The warranty period for decks and skate-related products is 60 days from the date of purchase.
Apparel & Accessories: Apparel and accessories have a 30-day warranty against clear manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, faulty zippers, etc.).
Filing a Warranty Claim
Contact Dekhedz: Email us at SUPPORT@DEKHEDZ.COM with your order number, photos of the suspected defect, and a detailed description of the issue.
Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.
Approval & Resolution:
• If the claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or comparable product free of charge.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll provide store credit or a full refund at our discretion.
Shipping & Handling
Return Shipping:
• In most cases, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the defective item.
• If the product is found to be defective, Dekhedz will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
• Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any shipping disputes or delays.

• Dekhedz reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet our warranty guidelines.
• This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
